Anyone who works with PDF much should know that creating PDF is very easy both on PC and Mac. If you also need to deal with PDF documents often on the go with your Android tablet, here comes the good news that now you can create PDF files on your Android directly with CreatePDF app –the new release PDF Creation app for Android by Adobe.

Files which can be converted to PDF include those from Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Wordperfect, OpenOffice, and StarOffice. Plaintext, RTF, and most image formats are also supported. A file manager is included in the app, but files can be converted by sending them from other apps using Android’s share function.

CreatePDF costs a steep $9.99 in the Android Market, though if you have a need to create PDF files on your mobile phone or tablet, it appears to be a good solution. All of the conversion is done through Adobe’s CreatePDF website, so no heavy lifting is required by the phone itself. CreatePDF requires Android 2.1 Eclair or higher.
